This has gone far enough.
The original intent of this North Korea style imposition of a "new normal" was to "flatten the curve." Whether or not that untested treatment was successful will be debated for a long time. The politicians will insist it worked, and their media collaborators will cover for them.
On the other hand, the side-effects of that treatment are blazingly obvious to millions of people in terms of destroyed jobs and businesses. The other side-effects, including premature deaths from failure to get timely treatment for other illnesses, along with the suicides, domestic violence, drug and alcohol abuse are less obvious and have yet to be tallied.

Uhm, yeah! That is very good advice.
Where are the outbreaks?
They are mostly in seniors’ facilities and retirement homes. The virus CAN be deadly for old people and people with comorbidities. Just as the flu and common cold can be.
So by all means, quarantine everybody, put them out of work, and bankrupt businesses!
Forget about "flattening the curve," flatten the people.
Let megalomaniacs, like Justine Trudeau, manage everything.
